Honestly, don't bother

The hat was squashed into an envelope, so it was obviously squashed - absolutely terrible

Sorry you are disappointed. We recommend the hat can be easily restored to shape using a steam iron or kettle. To shape a hat with steam, gently apply steam to the misshapened area from a pot, kettle, or steamer to soften the fibres, then mould the hat by hand into the desired shape. Let the hat cool down and dry completely to set the new shape. For best results, rotate the hat slowly to ensure even heating and soften all the material before beginning the shaping process.

I am pleased with the hat but it was packed so poorly and all bent and crushed up so much that it still hasn’t completely gone back to the shape it should be.
